Highly recommended! At 10:30 AM that day, the weather was great, and the Pink Lake was a very deep color, truly beautiful! The scenery was also spectacular. There were 7 people including the pilot, and the pilot's explanation was very clear. The airport was also easy to find.

The small aircraft company's signboard name and the activities offered were different, and I only found it after asking people at the airport. Luckily, I arrived early.The pilot was a handsome young man. Before departure, he not only explained what we needed to know but also chatted with us for a bit. Because it was cloudy that morning, we were a bit worried that without sunlight, we might not see the pink color of the lake. However, the pilot told us he had flown over from Nature's Window that morning and could see the lake was very beautiful.I had initially thought that the pink lakes I saw online were only so beautiful because of post-production filters, so I expected the color to be less vibrant in reality. But when I looked down at the actual lake from the sky, I realized it was indeed visibly pink to the naked eye, with varying shades, which was absolutely astonishing. The pilot flew exceptionally steadily and answered all our questions one by one. I highly recommend this activity experience!

They arranged for the handsome Korean guy, Yohan, to be our guide. He was very considerate, and the Pink Lake was definitely worth visiting!

Booked this activity on Klook for 9am. Arrived at Kalbarri Airport at 8:30am as instructed, to allow 30 minutes before the flight for a safety briefing and to complete pre-flight documentation. However, there was no one at the airport, not a single person. Since there was no mobile network coverage at the airport, we drove back to the nearest town. There, I checked my junk mail and found an email from Nationwest Aviation sent just one day prior. It didn't mention any change in timing, but I happened to notice that the flight was now scheduled for 11am instead of 9am. This significantly disrupted the rest of our day's itinerary. The communication between Klook and Nationwest Aviation was clearly not aligned; Klook stated 9am, while Nationwest Aviation stated 11am. We returned to the airport at 10:30am to catch the flight. From 10:30am to 11:05am, there was still no one there. We decided to leave. Back in town, I received an email stating that the pilot was waiting for us and asked us to return to the airport immediately. When we finally arrived at the airport for the third time, we met a trainee pilot and a captain. They explained that the aircraft had been delayed. However, I believe this information could have been communicated to us more effectively than just via email or calls. There should have been someone at the airport to assist us when we arrived on time (not forgetting we were there 30 minutes before the scheduled flight). The flight finally departed at 12pm and concluded at 12:45pm. A 45-minute activity ended up taking 4 hours and 15 minutes of our time, not to mention the fuel and time wasted on three round trips to Kalbarri Airport. The scenery was great, but I wouldn't recommend going unless you have an entire day to spare for waiting.

The staff proactively communicated and coordinated the itinerary, the pilot was professional and enthusiastic, and the scenery of the Pink Lake was beautiful and well worth experiencing.
