Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Although the amenities are not brand new, they are well maintained and in good condition. The only thing I disliked was that there was no USB charging port in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is conveniently located next to New Beitou Station and is surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hospitality is exceptional at all time since the check-in. The staff at the reception is polite and helpful. The hotel offers amazing breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff, especially 張玉燕，provides extraordinary service. They are thoughtful and make me feel welcome. The hotel offers hot springs in the public pool and in the room. Very clean and nice.

Świetnie
Room was clean and spacious. Enjoy hotspring bath for 2 nights stay. Breakfast got no much choice, is more to healthy type. The dinner should be target for beef lover, as we don't eat beef, so we choose pork and shrimp, result was disappointed, not worth for the price.
