Room was run down especially the bathroom , in need of major renovations !!

The bathroom was okay. The rest of the room was disastrous. Paint was peeling on the walls and the skirting board was coming apart. The furnishings were very old. The bathtub was gross, it was the sole reason we booked the room. My partner didnt feel safe there so at 11:30pm at night, we just left and paid for accomodation somewhere else.

Good location for Sydney city and inner west. Handy to shops for forgotten items or supplies. Room was reasonable size, photos did make it look bigger but easily fit all five of us in. Did not smell like an ex smoking hotel, even though there was an ashtray on the little balcony. Was very quiet and our room looked onto the main road, had no problems falling asleep. Would stay here again.

This property should not be listed on Expedia. They have bed bugs.

We were just looking for a cheap place to stay for a night. It’s nothing special but it did serve the purpose and we would stay again

Bed Bugs... Nice Staff!!! Parking great for larger vehicles like 4x4's. 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Room cleanish. Floors needed vacuuming and mopping, very dirty. Bed infested with BED BUGS. I'm not making this up. I ended up not staying as I didn't want to be bitten by the bed bugs. Couldn't find any alternative accommodation that wasn't going to cost a fortune due to higher prices for booking late. Some places wanting over $600 for two nights + parking charges for late bookings. Made up some excuse as I didn't want to deal with any confrotation or excuses from staff. Didn't want to sleep in my car. Canceled my Sydney appointments and drove 4 ½ hours home in the middle of the night. Next day spent hot washing/drying my cloths at laundromat and fumigating my luggage encase any bugs had stowed away in my bag. Very disappointed.

Initially I was allocated Room 106. Low quality room. No carpet, bathroom window frame broken. I requested another room. Ok. Nice room 215. Check out time is 10am. At 9am a guest entered my room, with a key, to store her luggage. Fortunately I was up and dressed. Not good enough in my opinion. To future guests, if you are allocated room 106 check before accepting. To garden lodge you need to upgrade room 106. Not sure if I will be back. Probably not.

Clean room, quiet, close to everything.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious. We had a queen size bed and a single bed. Parking is secure and you enter with a code. The bathroom is not small. It has a TV. Air-conditioning. Kettle, coffee, tea and mugs. Small fridge. There is a safe.
