Arrived late (10:00pm) and check in went smoothly. Hotel very close to a train station and chinatown (great food options, you should go). Room had AC and was clean. Great experience.

This was a lovely stay. The beds were a little too firm, but that is my only complaint. Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable room.

Very disappointed that our cancellation didn’t go through well before our travel date, and the hotel charged us without consideration of our circumstances on why we had to cancel our family trip. Even after contacting them we were told it was a no show and you will be charged still. Unfortunately won’t be using this hotel or booking system again.
