This hotel is exceptional! From check in, dining service to amenities. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel and if it's available, book a Club Horizons room package. Exceptional service.

Pobyt w pojedynkę

The location of this hotel is amazing! However, despite its fancy name recognition, the building is old and the rooms dated with overused furniture. The staff are very inattentive and spend more time talking to one another than caring for guests. I stood in line while three staff members spoke about their night out and the line kept growing. Great location- but not a good hotel experience.

The Executive Harbour suite is worth the price. We had a beautiful view of the harbour, bridge and the Opera house. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the suite. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canepes offered a good spread. Some items were a bit dated. For example the bluetooth speaker was not working but the staff promptly provided us with a replacement. Overall it was a good stay.
