Great location.

Great location, but with a few comfort caveats Pros: Fantastic location! Right in the heart of Manhattan with Central Park just steps away. Everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff. They operate quietly, efficiently, and with top-notch professionalism. You hardly notice them, yet everything runs like clockwork. Their stellar service definitely adds an extra star to the rating! Ergonomics. Despite the tight squeeze, the room layout is exceptionally well-thought-out. Every inch of space is used intelligently. Cons: Room size. The room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage. Climate control. The A/C system struggled quite a bit. When it was hot outside, it couldn't cool the room down properly, and the moment the weather turned chilly, the room became freezing too. Finding a comfortable temperature balance was nearly impossible. Summary: A solid choice if location and great service are your top priorities, and if you mostly need a place just to sleep. However, if you need plenty of space and perfect climate control, you might want to weigh your options. My rating: 4/5

Clean room

Location was very convenient for our needs, just a few blocks from Central Park and Lincoln Center and walkable to the Met and other things we wanted to see. Clean and comfortable but a little stingy with guest supplies. It's NYC, though, so we weren't surprised, and when we asked, they supplied what we requested. Lots of great food in the vicinity. Would stay there again.

Pause advertising there was no restaurants on the top floor

From the minute we got out of the car, and everytime we walked in or out of the hotel we were greeted with the overpowering smell of marijuana. The lobby is pretty shallow, and seems like you’re walking into an unorganized store. The air conditioner in the room seemed to do nothing more than blow humid air, the phones didn’t work, and the water in the bathroom never got over 90 degrees. I’ve stayed at better motel 8s when I was a kid. It was definitely not a place I’d stay again. They need an overhaul.

Room was cleaned each day. Coffee machine, small refrigerator and safe in the room. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice size gym though they need another 5 lb dumbbell.

Get location with amazing views

Very good

Good location for anyone happy to walk. Central Park, 5th Ave, Hells Kitchen and Times Square are all an easy walk away.
