I stayed here with my young daughter so we could explore Central Park for a couple days. We only stayed one night but it was very clean and very close to Central Park. We rented bikes right downstairs at Fancy Apple and it was convenient. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and professional. The snacks, water and coffee station and the afternoon wine and cheese were very useful as I was traveling with a child and food and drinks are so pricey in the city. There were to go boxes at the breakfast station so we packed up some breakfast items and picnicked at the park. When we checked out we were able to leave our bags with the hotel while we went to the MoMA which is only a few blocks away. When we returned we were able to use the hotel's guest bathroom and lounge area to rest for a few minutes before we headed back to the train station. We were very happy with the hotel and it's location. The only cons were the view (we looked out at scaffolding so pay extra for a view if it's important to you) and the mini fridge didn't really stay cool. We'll stay here again on future Central Park trips for sure!

Wonderful staff and perfect location. We couldn’t believe how quiet the rooms are. Spotless room. Great shower.

Very quiet hotel. A basic conti breakfast. Wine and snacks hour each day a nice touch.

I always like to stay at this hotel. Staff is really nice and rooms are comfy. Good ac. And good location. I noticed the carpet at my room needed a good cleaning because it had quite a few stains. Other than that all was great.

Room was on 19th floor and there was intermittent clanking banging noise. Might have been from the elevator but not sure. The elevator while riding up has a loud clanging when it passed around the 19th floor. Should fix that.
