We loved how close it is to Taipei 101 and really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and it's very close to light rail station. The pool is also nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Disappointing stay overall. Before arrival, I asked if the hotel could combine our rooms since we were traveling with small children. Not only was the request not accommodated, but they didn’t respond at all. The location is good (across from Taipei 101), but operations felt off. Breakfast was particularly frustrating, the line for the buffet at 6:30am was unexpectedly long and poorly managed. Service throughout the stay came across as inflexible and not very accommodating. Being charged for a basic dental kit also felt unnecessary given the overall experience. Overall, one of the least accommodating stays I’ve had at a Grand Hyatt.

The breakfast was great. The gym was very small and crowded, not enough equipment. The hot tub, everyone was getting in butt naked. There was no concern of hygiene.

Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again

Please note that breakfast dining at Café is limited to 90 minutes during the Lunar New Year holiday period, February 15 – 22, in order to accommodate peak hours guest flow and to reduce waiting time for our guests.

From February 16 to 19, there will be no evening live music performance at Cheers.

Starting January 1, 2025, in accordance with government regulations, small bottled toiletries and personal hygiene items, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam and other disposable items, will no longer be provided in guest rooms. Guests may request these items at our Front Desk. *Club Oasis will also be implemented simultaneously.

The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on the following dates: Monday, November 3, 2025; January 5, March 2, May 4, July 6, September 7, and November 2, 2026. Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period. The Fitness studio and the swimming pool remain open as usual.

Please be advised that priority for breakfast seating at Café is given to our in-house guests. Thank you for your consideration.
