My prepaid room was given to another guest and the bed choice I purchased was no longer available. Then I had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive my room key for the room I was placed in. As I was on a timeline due to meetings it was inconvenient and frustrating.

The staff of this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. Probably the only drawback of our stay was there wasn’t enough USB ports and the lightning wasn’t quite bright enough for me when putting my makeup on. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff.

The stay would have been fine had I not been woken up at midnight due to the hotel deciding that was a good time to bring in a duct cleaning company to pressure wash the ducts. I had to call two times to the front desk before they actually stopped with barley an apology. Who in their right mind thinks bringing in a company to do any sort of loud work at midnight without warning to guests is even remotely a good idea. Would never stay here again after that.
