We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Beijing. The location was perfect—just a short walk to many key sites. The room was spotless and in excellent condition, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!

Clean and spacious room. Very convenient location which allows walking distance to most of the famous sites including forbidden city and Wangfujing. Staff is helpful, helping carrying our luggage, instructing directions etc.

One of the front desk lady staff she’s inattentive she promise to get back with us she never did. We arrived at 8:30am in the hotel lobby after 13.5 hrs flight we asked for early check in we’re willing to pay the difference she told us no available room and come back at 11am. At 11am she told us still no available room and told us to wait in the lobby she’ll let us know, around 12:30pm looking for her she’s gone for the day. The gentleman he’s so nice accommodate us immediately and resolved the issues.

The facility is well maintained and very convenient, high-tech. There’s even a Family Mart convenience store at ground level a little bit behind the hotel just need to walk over from hotel lobby, which is essential for travelers. And the hotel breakfast is buffet style that combine Chinese and western varieties that are all fresh ingredients, including an egg station which is a plus! All of the staffs are courteous and professional. In summary, this is a pleasant stay!

Breakfast was fantastic, but the executive lounge could have offered better food. The light dinner and snacks were a bit of a miss — not just for me, as some of the dishes were barely touched every night. Overall, the staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and while the hotel may be a little dated, the location is fantastic. We had just come from staying at the W Shanghai - The Bund in a suite on the 33rd floor, so perhaps my expectations were set a little high. That said, this was still a very nice hotel in a great location and offered good value for the money.
