Perfectly fine hotel in a good location. We were upgraded which was nice but the room had a large floor stain, toilet with flushing issues, and a bed that was too stiff for my tastes.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Luggage holding was great. Could have had less stains in room but didn’t mind it. Amenities were nice but pool closes at 10pm. I recommend having it open later.

Customer service was horrible; I felt like they were questioning me like I were a criminal; front desk let people cut in line while doing my check in with all our documents/passport info visible; attitude was bad while I asked for a map; hotel is very old; rooms were dirty. Amenities were minimal! The only good thing about this hotel was the location that’s about 5 minute walk to the train station. It is very questionable that this hotel is 4 star????!!!!

Great location, walking distance to forbidden city. Room was clean and relatively quiet. Staffs were helpful. The rooms could use some more maintenance. A few of the electric sockets were too loose to hold charger, and shower leaked water outside the enclosure.
