This hotel was fantastic, especially for the price. My expectations weren’t too high because it was a Holiday Inn, but the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel deserves more stars and a better rating than I saw online.

The staff was very nice and helpful at all times, the room was spotless and the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and the airport. A most do again. Thanks specially to the front desk staff for everything.

The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful. We had a scheduled shuttle ride to the airport for 11:45 and the shuttle was running late so the staff ordered a taxi for us and they paid for the taxi. (We didn't even ask them because we had plenty of time to wait at the airport) I would highly recommend this place. They also have a nice restaurant on sight.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and they went out of their way to help with tour and transportation to events and airport. Our room was very clean and when the A/C went out, they provided a new room within minutes in the middle of the night! Great service!! The restaurant has great breakfasts at a very reasonable price. We would be happy to stay there again and highly recommend this Holiday Inn, Vancouver Airport. Thank you so much.
