The online/phone only customer service was different than what I'm used to, but overall a great stay. The room was fantastic! Lots of unexpected extras. Located right in the heart of Old Montreal, it provides easy access to many attractions.

Maison Vincent was in a perfect location: In the old part of Montreal, but on a side street so it was very quiet both night and day. We loved the amenities in the room. Also the addition of cooking/eating utinsels, plates, and glasses was very much appreciated. We were there for 6 nights and did not feel the need for housekeeping. Communication with the staff was easy via text and they were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Didn't know about the laundry room, but that's also an added bonus to staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely boutique property in the heart of Old Montreal. Coffee across the street. Restaurants and shops around the corner. Notre Dame is a couple blocks south of the hotel.
Well-appointed rooms. Our room was on the small side, but we don't mind. They provided fresh croissants every morning, nice touch. Nice quality linens and bathroom appointments. Including a quality bathrobe.
Easy walk to downtown and Chinatown. We walked west to Mile End and Mont Royal Park. It's a long walk, several miles, but there are plenty of interesting shops and restos along the way. Short Uber ride if you prefer.

Fantastycznie Property is in an excellent location in the center of old Montreal. The room was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable.

You can not find a better location for visiting Montreal! You are one block from all the Old Town activities, yet far enough away for a quiet stay! Only one caution: it might not be for you if you have difficulty with stairs.

Great little spot. Lots of stairs so not accessible. Very modern suite. Fun perks like the nespresso machine and Bathrobes. Loved it.

Fantastycznie Spacious room, Nespresso machine, good air conditioning. Shower was hard to figure out how to operate. No elevator. No front desk, but clear instructions and responsive to phone call.

The amenities were good, except for shower, it ran cold for 5 minutes and then was scalding. It might have been "user error" but there was no explanation of how to use a rather unusual set up. No one to ask as although reception was supposed to be in the sister property across the street you could not get.
More amenities then normal - ie cooker micro wave. Location excellent. Very clean. But shower - I did eventually manage to make it usable - was an issue.
