We didn't have anything included in our stay except a one-time 15 dollar credit for the attached restaurants, Denny's and Moxies. We were there 5 nights, so that seems a bit cheap. There was no breakfast or airport shuttle included. We had to cab it both ways, about another 120 dollars. We ended up walking to the nearest grocery store and buying our breakfast foods. Denny's and Moxies were both pricey. I was sure they had a shuttle, but apparently I was mistaken. The room size was adequate, but the bed was very soft and A/C didn't cool beyond 17 degrees. We opened the balcony door to let in cool air at night, but the door was very hard to move. We asked the desk to please make it easier to open but nothing was done. They offered a laundry service and we wanted to take advantage of that, so we prepared a bag of dirty clothes to drop off at the front desk. When we went to pick up and pay for this at day's end, the bag, unopened, was returned to us. Apparently the contract laundry workers didn't show up. We received an apology, but nothing else.

Świetnie
The lighting in the room wasn't great and in the bathroom it was very poor. I could hardly see in the mirror. The towels and face cloths were very thick. This can be good and bad - bad in that the face cloth was impossible to use. It was too thick to wring out. The pillows were overstuffed. The hotel did not have any less stuffed. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a pillow. The water taps on the bathtub were very difficult to figure out. Consequently the water temperature could become dangerously high. I missed having a complementary breakfast. On the whole, my stay was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again, if the price were right.
