The hotel staff were very friendly, but the bathroom was dirty, and they provided small bottles of shampoo that had already been used.

I had a really great stay at this boutique hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were super friendly and explained everything really well from the start. Check-in was really easy, and if you arrive late it’s no problem because they have code locks so you can collect your key easily. We stayed in Room 3, which was really spacious and had a smart TV, which was a nice bonus. The room was always cleaned really well whenever we put the sign up for housekeeping. The pool was always warm, and one of the best parts is that it overlooks the beach, which you can access directly downstairs — such an amazing view and location. The location honestly couldn’t be better. There’s a supermarket less than a 2-minute walk away, plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel zone strip with all the clubs is only about a 5-minute walk, so there’s no need to spend money on Ubers. If you prefer public transport, the local bus stop is also just a 2-minute walk away, which made getting around really easy. The only small downside is that there’s no fridge in the rooms, but there is a shared mini fridge on the common balcony for guests to use. In my experience, no one touched or opened any of my things, but I guess that depends on who else is staying there. Most people were just storing drinks, which made sense. Overall, such a lovely stay with really helpful staff, a perfect location, and great facilities. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The room was ok, you get what you paid for. The location is very convenient. Staff were very nice.

THE NEGATIVES OF MY STAY: 1) Self parking on site was advertise. THERE WAS NONE. 2) My second day, I had no hot water. 3) My second day the toilet clogged up twice. 4) My second day, I came back to my room and found my door ajar. (I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door) 5) My last night, I had no water pressure in the shower 6) My last morning, the sink stopped up and I didn’t have hot water again ! 7) When I was asked for some sort of compensation for all the problems, I was told no. THE POSITIVES OF MY STAY : 1). Very friendly staff who usually responded to my complaints / issues. 2). Room was quaint and sufficient for my needs. 3) Location of hotel was great 4). Steps away from the beach.
