Please improve staff training and attentiveness, as well as room maintenance (air conditioning, hot water, and cleanliness). Clearer door signage, better security, and higher-quality breakfast options would also enhance the guest experience.

Location is great, right next to the big shopping mall. However, Internet access is extremely poor, not only is slow, intermittent, but hard to log into the Internet. It takes at least 6 times to log in.

The lady that make breakfast was very nice staff works with you and very informative. My only issue is that the rooms are way too small for me. Great location walking distance to the mall less than 2 min walk. Felt safe in that area. Dont use cabs use Uber taxis are very expensive plan your trip and stay out before coming back to the hotel

The stay was great!! Minimal noise, staff was wonderful, breakfast, coffee all free. The cleanliness of the room was spectacular, the cleaning lady didn’t miss a beat, if I stepped away from the room she came seemingly out of nowhere and cleaned the room and made the bed!! Kudos!! I would definitely stay there again!!

Limpieza: el lavamanos tenía pelos como de alguien que se había rasurado allí. En general necesitan invertir en cambiar mobiliario y modernization. Dos noches seguidas habían personas ingiriendo alcohol en la entrada al hotel. El desayuno cumple con lo básico y el personal fue muy amable. La ubicación esta muy bien frente a un mall.
