Perfect stay in perfect hotel. The Park royal truly has the best sunset. Hidayat in the restaurant was wonderful, she is very polite, friendly day and courteous.

Good comfortable deluxe twin room with sea view. Spacious. Hotel was at full capacity making it not very relaxing and had to go to breakfast early (6.30am) to avoid the crowds. very good choice for breakfast. Long queues at reception for checking in. Good restaurants on site. Clean beach.

All the staff were extremely polite and helpful with any questions. Rooms were clean and in good repair. Best part though was the breakfast buffet!

This is a lovely hotel. With great a staff. It is away from the city but close enough by Grab for that part of Penang to be accessible. The breakfast was great and varied. The gym was excellent.

The staff is lovely, but there are 2 lifts depending on your room and one of them is like a service lift, it's terrible and does not make you feel like a welcome guest. The staff force you to use the crapy lift depending on your room loaction Breakfast has a vast variaety and it's nice but quite busy and run out of the options often and are not filled up for a while It's very family friendly and staff are lovely to the kids I'd recommend it to ppl travelling with kids
