The elevator very slow. Area is very easy to go around in HK. Subway is few steps away exit HK U B2 from airport or Bus A10 I like the bus much easier with luggage.

Because the Jen is undergoing renovation the whole experience was very much less than we had experienced in previous visits. No pool, no club rooms, no club lounge. Interaction with staff very limited in comparison with previous years

There were renovations in progress close to our room, causing it to be very noisy. On our arrival, we found it way too noisy. We were moved to a more quiet side of the hotel. Staff very accommodating without an6 hassles.

The room is too cold even after I turned off the AC. My skin got itchy after I spent several hours in the room. Not sure if it's because the air is too dry or because there are bugs in the room as the room is old. I have never had this itchy experience in other hotels, so this is a red flag for me. Location is great, just next to the exit of MTR.

The Club Lounge, rooftop pool, and fitness centre will be temporarily closed for approximately eight months. 

2.Our swimming pool will be temporarily closed for scheduled maintenance from 9 Nov 2026 to 24 Jan 2027

This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort for our guests.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

3.The final phrase of our ongoing hotel enhancement programme will commence in mid-August 2026. The Reception Counter will be temporarily relocated to the Club Lounge on the 28th Floor.
