Świetnie
The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful, however the HVAC in the room was really loud and the bathroom ventilation wasn't great. The hotel breakfast was also a little disappointing.

Five stars for the location and convenience. The hotel is very well situated, with easy access to bus, tram, and MTR stations, which made getting around Hong Kong very convenient. The staff were courteous in our limited interactions and were especially helpful in storing our luggage, since we had several bags that could not all fit comfortably in the room. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight. Both we and our kids enjoyed it, and there was enough variety to keep it enjoyable throughout our three-night stay. The only slight downside was that the rooms felt dated and could use modernization. Rooms lack toiletries and some of the furnishings and signs showed wear and would benefit from an updated look. Overall, we are glad we stayed at Ibis and would definitely consider staying there again if we travel through Hong Kong.

Property location is excellent for my need! Rocko the Manager is Great! His hospitality makes you feel like you are visiting an old friend! Property desperately needs refreshing.

Staff were very helpful. Place was decently clean. It’s just in one of the room we stayed in the 16th floor, the drain was a bit clogged. The water takes time to drain that when you shower, the water kinda pool on the shower area and overflow at times to the floor.
