The waiter was incredibly friendly. We tried different cuts of wagyu, and both the meat and fat flavors were excellent. The seafood today was exceptionally fresh and delicious; the Japanese spider crab, tuna, botan shrimp, and lobster were all great. The foie gras was especially tasty.
