This hotel was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The staff, including the porters and housekeepers, were friendly and pleasant. What impressed me most was the breakfast, especially the delicious fresh strawberry juice. However, the young man at the front desk was condescending and unpleasant. When I asked for slippers for my room, he simply said he couldn't help because there was no staff available, so I went without slippers that day. (I received them the next day after speaking directly with a housekeeper.) If only the front desk staff had been better, I would have given this hotel five stars. It was a bit disappointing.

Wycieczka była piękna i dobrze zorganizowana. Kierowca i przewodnik byli bardzo mili i pomocni przez cały czas trwania podróży, wychodząc naprzeciw potrzebom grupy. Proponowane miejsca są szczególnie piękne, a przewodnik był przygotowany do odpowiadania na zadawane pytania. Noc na pustyni pozwala cieszyć się wyjątkowym doświadczeniem i można wziąć udział w różnych aktywnościach, w tym w przejażdżce na dromaderze i quadach. Posiłki są pyszne, typowe dla Tunezji i wliczone w cenę. Wieczorem na pustyni odbywa się pokaz folklorystyczny i przygotowywanie chleba piaskowego. Wycieczka naprawdę godna polecenia!!! 10/10🔝

I booked this 2-day tour of Tunisia specifically to visit El Jem. We departed La Marsa at 6:00 AM and returned to the hotel around 7:00 PM. The vehicle was clean, and the long drive was comfortable. The included lunch was delicious, generous in portion, and very satisfying. Although it was a multi-lingual tour in English, French, and German, our guide, Fathy, skillfully used all three languages to ensure everyone understood. Fathy was particularly attentive, frequently checking in with me in easy-to-understand English, which made me feel very at ease. Also, perhaps because my hotel was the last drop-off, the driver (whose name I forgot) stopped at a supermarket for us on the way back, which was incredibly helpful. The greatest charm of this tour wasn't just the sightseeing, but experiencing the genuine kindness of the Tunisian people firsthand. I had a wonderfully satisfying day.
