Transport access: Smooth and hassle-free transportation to and from the airport and hotel, especially when traveling with a toddler! It really saved our energy 😅
Breakfast: There was daily bacon and taho! Lots of drinks to choose from. Most of the food was the same every day, except for a few items like soup and other dishes. It was delicious and we were always full!
service: Good! From the airport pick-up and drop-off, the hotel accommodation, and during our first day at the breakfast buffet, the staff were very attentive, especially since we had kids. They proactively asked what they could serve for the children. We would love to come back next time because the amenities are great and the kids really enjoyed the pool! They also provided daily housekeeping and replenished supplies without us having to ask at all. 👍 Until next time ❤️❤️❤️

We had such a wonderful and enjoyable stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly had so much fun during our visit. The amenities were excellent, the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was also very accessible and convenient, making it easy for us to get around.
Overall, everything was great, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Good location, the staff are always helpful, smiling and attentive.
Rooms are spacious, also nice to have 2 pools where you can relax.
Was able to sing a bit during karaoke night as well, nice dinner area, nice dinner in general. Their Pansit bihon is amazing!!!

We were so grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade from Deluxe to Premium with a pool view. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was also great, with plenty of good options to choose from. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Mój drugi wspaniały pobyt w Henann Lagoon! Za pierwszym razem byłem w pokoju Premier, a tym razem w pokoju Deluxe. Hotel utrzymuje doskonałą czystość, szczególnie w pokojach. Personel jest niezwykle uprzejmy i bardzo dba o potrzeby gości. Do tego śniadanie w formie bufetu jest absolutnie pyszne. Z pewnością będę tu wracać!

This is our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back! I absolutely love this place—from its excellent central location to the warm hospitality and exceptional service. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are always welcoming.
The food is another highlight, especially the breakfast, which is truly top-notch. But my favorite part has to be the pool bar. Having snacks and drinks by the pool while watching the sunset, with the beautiful white beach right in front of you, is such a wonderful experience.
We had another great stay and look forward to coming back again!

hotel location: far from the capital of the boracay but you have your own beach and amenities. very exclusive to its guest if you want a peaceful and less crowded beach and place
transport access: 24/7 free transpo back and forth to hotel and around the resort also dmall ( by schedule)
breakfast: free buffet there’s salad, bread and asian course. they also have kids meal (cereals)
service: top notch staff are very polite and friendly. they always greets guests and if you have any questions and don’t hesitate to ask them
cleanliness: very clean hotel and resort. if you want you can ask for them to makeup the room.
price: food - 500php less or more drinks 200php+ with 10% service chargw

It was a great experience. The place is so big, and the food is good. There is also a wide selection. The staff are nice as well. The food is amazing. I just hope that the majority of the main pool is accessible, at least five or four feet, so that everyone can enjoy it. Overall, it's great, especially if you're going to bring your family.
