Przewodnik Curtis był bardzo entuzjastyczny, choć na początku wydawało się, że za dużo mówi. Później jednak dawał nam czas na odpoczynek. Cała wycieczka była dobrze zaplanowana, bez pośpiechu, choć niektórzy goście mogli się nieco spóźnić. Przejażdżka parową kolejką była bardzo przyjemna, nie spodziewałem się, że potrwa aż 45 minut. Większości pamiątek moim zdaniem nie trzeba kupować, lepiej poświęcić ten czas na robienie zdjęć i podziwianie widoków. Kiedy dotarliśmy do miejsca obserwacji pingwinów, przewodnik, widząc mnie w krótkiej spódniczce, zapytał, czy nie jest mi zimno, i troskliwie podał mi ogrzewacz do rąk. Ja nie jestem zmarzluchem, więc od razu oddałem go mojemu zmarzniętemu przyjacielowi. Zdecydowanie polecam wykupienie miejsc deluxe, ponieważ wtedy cały proces, od ich wyjścia na brzeg do powrotu, obserwuje się z odległości zaledwie dwóch dłoni, co jest tego warte. Jeszcze większą niespodzianką było rozgwieżdżone niebo, widok pingwinów w połączeniu z tym krajobrazem to 100 punktów. Bardzo dziękuję za to doświadczenie.

Curtis to dowcipny i niezawodny przewodnik. Udzielił nam świetnych wskazówek dotyczących naszej wycieczki na Phillip Island. Będąc na Phillip Island, szczegółowo wyjaśnił nam również najlepsze miejsca do obserwacji pingwinów. Kiedy dotarliśmy do wejścia do Maru Koala and Animal Park, pokaz strzyżenia owiec miał się rozpocząć za pięć minut. Curtis poprowadził nas tak, abyśmy nie przegapili tego wspaniałego występu. Po zakończeniu wycieczki i powrocie do centrum miasta polecił nam również wiele pysznych lokalnych restauracji. Ogólnie jestem niezwykle zadowolony z jego profesjonalizmu i entuzjazmu. This tour is fantastic! An exoerience not to be missed. Despite in the rainy winter, the driver Curtis made it all a smooth journey. He even has good quality raincoat that he prepared for all of us! Very thoughtful. Curtis is also very informative and friendly. Thank you!!

The highlights were unforgettable: from the unique experience of riding the Puffing Billy steam train with our legs dangling outside, to the colorful beach huts at Brighton Beach. The finale at Phillip Island was truly memorable; despite a sudden heavy downpour during the Penguin Parade, seeing the little penguins return to the beach alongside sightings of wallabies and wild geese against a backdrop of magnificent coastal views made for a perfect day."

Pickup and drop-off arrangements were clearly communicated, and he was punctual at every stop. One highlight was our visit to Maru Koala Park, where Curtis showed us how to feed the kangaroos and getting great selfies with them—something we really appreciated. At Philip Island, his advice on where and how to spot the penguins made a big difference, and we had an amazing viewing experience. On the way there, we were also lucky to spot many wild wallabies, which added an extra touch of excitement to the journey. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized tour—highly recommended!

Loved the Puffing Billy train experience, we arrived right on time at every destination thanks to the tour guide’s excellent arrangements. It gets very windy at the Nobbies and Brighton beach, so be sure to dress warmly. At the Penguin Parade, try to get a seat at the front if possible. Otherwise, once you spot the penguins at the beach, you can leave the general viewing area and wait on the right side of the path leading back to the centre for a closer view. The tour guide provided detailed explanations throughout, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

This’s the great tour that everyone who plans to travel outside of Melbourne. Even on our day, it rained sometime, but most of time was when we needed to be outside, I still feel it’s great day for me. Our guide, Mr.Curtis, is so nice too. All of his services to us, I’m appreciated with. He explained well both English and Chinese, and he had some ideas to cope with the uncertain weather.
