This was an unforgettable trip to Harbin, made even more special by our incredibly helpful tour guide over the course of five days. A big shoutout to our driver, 张发财 (Zhang Facai), who safely drove us from Harbin town to Xuexiang (雪乡) and took us to so many amazing places along the way. It was truly a memorable experience! Our trip was fine and good. We enjoyed well. Our driver is 李淑丽 & she is a friendly person & good photographer. She managed change the snowmobile ride to other place upon our request due to long queue in cold weather & over crowded. They also give free drove shots for us in snow village.Thanks for making those arrangements.

本來很擔心來哈爾濱很容易受騙，在平台下訂後安心很多，不用去承擔被放鳥的風險，我們當團師傅是雷子，非常熱心協助任何事情，開車很穩重，也帶我們去吃當地餐廳

The tour program is just nice. Tahua, our tour guide is very nice and kind. He assist us the whole trip and always help my dad and my mom which walking quite slow. All hotel arranged is very lovely. Only one improving need is the detail in the tour is not 100% correct, seems like they have plan A, B, C and depend on which one they can book it which is just the day before (maybe). But we are lucky that we got a good one (while the plan given is seems worse). Highly recommend.

A nice trip, no frills, compact and quite rush due to starting off peak season now. The driver 赵师傅 is friendly and helpful. One thing for newbie of skiing like me, we need to rent the skiing helmet and glass, be prepared it's costly, even rent it at private shop nearby.

We had a great 4-day Harbin trip (Jan 8–11 2026) for 9 pax. As Filipinos traveling in China, the language barrier was challenging, but our driver was extremely patient, helpful, and caring, which made everything much easier for us. He took good care of our group and even treated us to fruit, water, and barbecue, warmers, a very thoughtful gesture. We felt cared for, not just transported. We also want to affirm the WeChat customer service team for their fast and responsive replies whenever we had questions or concerns. Thank you everyone for your hardwork!

great experience .. all of the attraction really great.. seeing the mixture of east west small town and the snow village is spectacular.. will join again next time for sure.. the driver is very very nice and friendly.. even help us to take photo all the time..
