The hotel itself was okay, bed comfortable, bathroom modern. When we arrived we were put in a room with an adjoining door and the neighbours were so noisy. We went to reception to ask about a room swap but were informed this was not possible. We dreaded the night ahead! They came back to the hotel in the early hours and they must have been in and out of their room 20 times in an hour, banging doors and making noise in the room and along the corridor. I finally got to sleep at 2am. The breakfast that we had paid for was a simple buffet with the option of an A la Carte breakfast. We both chose that option and were disappointed with both as pancakes warmed up, not fresh, eggs over cooked. Not the quality of other Radisson Blu’s I have stayed in. Very disappointing. We realise that you can’t choose your neighbours but we would have thought the hotel might have listened to our request and taken it more seriously.

Verbleven bij familie

I liked that shuttle was offered to the train station but it was only from 7-10am. Otherwise it's a 20 min walk to the train station so it would have been nice to have the shuttle offered all day.

The room was a good size with a nice bathroom which had a separate shower to the bath. We parked on-site for convenience, but it was quite expensive. It would be cheaper to park at Canary Wharf for 24 Hours and get the hotel shuttle bus back.

The hotel was superb just along way from the nearest tube station which meant the O2 was a good 30 - 40 min trip.

Poor communication from the staff about the parking. The toilets in the bar area were very dirty. Nothing special at all which was a shame. Very nice pint though in the bar.

Lovely view from the breakfast room across the river to O2 Arena. Bedroom (standard) a good size, bath and shower in ours, much appreciated as we walked a lot and had very tired feet. Bed very comfortable with nice bedding, great aircon in room too. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and good quality produce. 10 minutes walk to East India DLR station. Morrisons local by station. Short walk to Canary Wharf with coffee shops and restaurants, we ate in Dishoom an Indian restaurant and found the food and staff exceptional. Hotel Reception staff friendly and helpful, restaurant staff the same. Would recommend this hotel.

The property is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station and all the attractions Canary Wharf has to offer. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. I found a Snickers wrapper under the bed, there was a noticeable layer of dust throughout the whole room and bathroom, the sink still had hair shavings from a previous guest, and there was visible mold around the bathtub. While these were relatively minor issues, I expected the housekeeping team to be more thorough. On a positive note, the bed sheets and towels were clean, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The room also included comfortable, practical amenities that made the stay enjoyable overall.
