KOKO Hotal Osaka Shinsaibashi is excellent. Rooms are big for Japanese city standards, the location is fantastic (very close to restaurants -- there is a Krispy Creme 2 minutes walking distance which is quite nice, a Wagyu cozy restaurant literally across the street, various convenience stores nearby, Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping street and subway station less than 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel restaurant is nice with a very affordable breakfast (it was 1,980 yen when I was there). Very nice reception area. Definitely recommend.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was great, hotel pricing was reasonable, and the location was great (close to many places within walking distance, including the metro station). If you're looking to stay several nights in Osaka, you may consider checking them out.

A clean business hotel with a lovely aesthetic. The location was superb, very convenient both for train transit and for walking around nearby Dotonbori. Unfortunately there was morning time construction outside on the days that we were there, but it wasn’t much of a disturbance.
