To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.

For all guests' rights, pets are not allowed to enter guest rooms and hotel public areas. We provide chargeable pet rooms available at 1F of Serenity (advanced reservation required due to limited space).

If you book a breakfast-included plan, please note that the breakfast supply method will be adjusted according to the number of diners on site. If there are less than 50 people, the meal will be served in a semi-buffet style. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
