Vi er familie på 4, der søgte et godt overnatningssted i rolige omgivelser Max 30 min fra centrum i offentlig transport.
Vi fik alt det, som vi ønskede. Hurtig indtjekning, kort afstand til togstation og indkøbsmuligheder.
Værelset levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Rolig omgivelser (men lidt larm fra byggeri overfor, når vinduerne var åbne), rent værelse og venlig betjening.
Søger man et godt overnatningssted, der er let at køre til, som er uden for centrum, kan dette sted klart anbefales.
En lille opgradering til lejligheden kunne, være en fryser, så man kan fryse sine køleelementer.
Her får man værdi for pengene.

Sleeping in such a small living room with a kitchen was not really feasible. Even though we are happy with the accommodation and the price-quality, with 6 in the superior apartment it was not really an option to all be in the living room where the seating was the matrasses of the two beds.

The apartments are new but the accommodation for 5 people was inadequate, we were packed in like sardines with no air conditioning, asked if we could get fans for the room and was told ‘it’s hot out here too’, we had to pay if we needed our towels changed which is terrible, needless to say we wouldn’t stay here again

FantastischBij partner verbleven
The place was clean, nice and very relaxing. We would like to stay in TRIO again on our next trip to Berlin. The only problem was that there was no air conditioning, and it was around 30 degrees centigrade in Berlin, so it was quite unpleasant, we also could not sleep with the windows open for safety reasons (we were on the ground floor).

This is a typical self checkin hotel. The apartments are good but we had a problem in checking and it was difficult to reach the support team. Further the heating in rooms were not appropriate.
Overall affordable and good property but far from city (30 min by train)

We arrived in the middle of the night and mistakenly thought the hotel was in the middle of nowhere on a building site, so we were pleasantly surprised the next day to discover that there's a pub next door that does food and a Netto a 5 minute walk away, not to mention a nearby S-Bahn stop.
The apartment was a good size for the price, the staff were extremely helpful, and I would recommend it.

Fantastisch A little away from the tourist area, and all the better for it, gives a real feel for Berlin as it is lived in. A new venture that deserves to succeed, exactly as described on the site and as friendly a stay as you could hope for. Thoroughly recommended, especially at the price.
