Overall had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the property itself was great with the pool, bar, and restaurant inside. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included. The room itself was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. My literal only complaint which knocked this review from a 5 to a 4 is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was so soft to the point where we were sinking into it. It was very difficult to get comfortable, and it severely impacted our sleep. My back is still sore. I’m usually pretty resilient when it comes to hotel beds of varying softness, but the beds at this hotel were just wayyy too soft.

Breakfast and parking included, a drinks voucher, and a discount at the pub. The staff were fantastic, comfy bed, bathtub and shower, coffee machine in the room.

Liked the property but some issues with the lift and our shower flooded once. Credit to the staff who responded straight away to fix the problem.

On our annual weeklong holiday to surfers we found the hotel great as usual. The dining breakfast staff were great. With special recommendations to Rosie and storm.. buffet breakfast included in cost is wonderful . Parking is also included .. great job guys

Perfect quiet getaway with a minor check-in hiccup We were looking for a quieter spot for an overnight birthday celebration—somewhere close to everything we needed but away from the chaotic noise of Surfers Paradise and other busy Gold Coast destinations. This place was perfect. Check-in was easy, though a bit off-putting. The lady serving us wasn't friendly, didn’t smile once, and as soon as she handed over the room key and parking gate code, she literally hustled away without even wishing us a nice stay. It left us no opportunity to ask about services, which made me a bit concerned for the night ahead. However, the room itself was lovely! We booked a family studio, and it was spacious and spotless. The beds were absolutely divine and comfortable, the bath was perfect for a long soak, and my daughter loved the hot shower. They also provided enough complimentary welcome water for all of us, which was greatly appreciated. We couldn't find the pool or any signage/room info for it, so we can't comment on that, though it looks nice in the online photos. The hotel next door is easily accessible, and the staff there were absolutely lovely. Their breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh, tasty choices for both kids and adults, with no wait times and ample seating. The property itself was beautifully quiet—we couldn't hear any noise from other guests, and we even found a classic movie (Back to the Future) to watch. The central location to everything is convenient. Great meals, awesome pub and Dan Murphy's all in the same spot.

Perfect place for one night away with our kids. We ended up having dinner there as we got 4 drinks vouchers at check-in. Free breakfast buffet was a hit as we stayed here before departing on an international flight. Only 25min from Coolangatta airport away. It was perfect for us. Free parking is always a plus :) Happy customers

The room was extremely dusty . My bed was terrible very uncomfortable and I could feel the springs . The shower tap was broken and loose . The noise levels was bad I could not sleep the whole night was loud .

A fabulous place to stay. Staff were super helpful, rooms were just great and the king sized bed very comfortable. The coffee was delicious and breakfast delicious with a great choice to suit all comers. I fully recommend this motel to everyone. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.
