Gold Coast Dagtrips

Dankzij onze gidsen Logan en Steve hadden we een geweldige avond met de kleine groep. Het geld zeker waard, want we hebben veel geleerd over de habitat en soorten in het nationale park. We vonden rottende bomen, spinnen, glimwormen en zelfs spookzwammen! De tour eindigde met sterrenkijken op de terugweg naar de stad; de talloze sterren zijn het juweel van Gold Coast. Bedankt voor de geweldige avond!

Vanaf de ochtend werden we getrakteerd op prachtige uitzichten en watervallen. We kwamen zelfs wilde kangoeroes tegen! Onze gids, Enva, was vriendelijk en hielp ons tijdens de tour, waarbij ze onderweg vertaalhulpmiddelen gebruikte. Aangezien er veel gereisd wordt met de auto, moeten mensen die snel wagenziek worden hier rekening mee houden. Het kantoor van Aquaduck, de ophaallocatie, was schoon en gemakkelijk te vinden.

Tania was a wonderful guide. She made an effort to get to know each member of our group. Her commentary was very thorough—besides introducing us to the glowworms, she also shared a lot about the forest ecosystem. Along the way, we even spotted some small animals and enjoyed a beautiful starry sky.

Gary is a very knowledgeable guide, he knows everything about the forest habitat. He guided us to find a wild kangaroo family, leaded us to locate 3 Kolas on the same tree. He pointed out birds to us in various species. We also enjoyed a perfect morning tea with nice new friends in a sunny day. We walked through the national park and saw the waterfall without any difficulty.

Deze tour is zeer aan te bevelen! Gids Mark is erg professioneel en heeft in Wildlife Park en Springbrook de ecologie van verschillende dieren en planten uitgelegd. Het uitzicht vanaf SkyPoint is prachtig en het eten was heerlijk.

This full-day tour has a packed itinerary, but it’s so well-paced that we never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed every stop. Our driver/tour guide must moonlight as a radio host because he kept us entertained with fascinating trivia the entire ride—even if you doze off, you’ll still wake up smarter! He also has supersonic ears and laser eyes for spotting wildlife, ensuring we saw everything we came for. Highly recommend!

I had only ever participated in English-speaking local tours, but having a Japanese guide really provided a sense of comfort and was excellent. The starry sky I saw during the tour was incredibly full and beautiful, unlike anything I've ever seen in Japan. Also, the glowworms were magnificent, like a sky full of light blue stars fallen to the earth.

The glow worms themselves were beautiful and definitely worth seeing, and our guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the tour. However, the overall itinerary felt inefficient, with quite a lot of time spent traveling compared with the actual time at the glow worm site. The bus ride was also quite bumpy and uncomfortable, especially for a longer journey with children. Overall, the glow worm experience and guide were very good, but the transportation, scheduling, and overall value could be improved.

is a new and remarkable experiences!!! we not expect that “ hop on hop off “ means that we can choose where we wanna go and drop and pick up freely and easily, allow us to explore all the tamborine national forrest area… im so satisfied!!!
