Great location, easy to walk around the city, nearby is a beautiful lake with nice walking area, great night market. The staff at the location is very knowledgeable about the local tours and are very helpful.

FantastischAlleenstaand verblijf
This is the second time I've stayed at Urban Alley, and it was just as great as the first time. I really like that it's in a quiet but nice alley off a major road. It's easy walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as many great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was super tasty and the staff very kind. Also maybe one of my favorite things about this hotel is the furniture in the room is all solid wood with wood flooring. It feels warm and inviting.

Bath room need attention . The bath curtain has mold. This should be replaced. It is just cost a few dollars. Bath towels are very old and should be replaced. It seem like the owner of the hotel is not doing a good job at keeping the hotel looked attractive for sustaining business for a long time.

In a nice alley but there are loud disco music 50 ft away from hotel
Hotel need major renovation and in breakfast time. Is not buffet style but order off menu
One feel like Oliver if you try to order item
“May I had some more sir”
They are not please to accommodate for order more
Bathroom and window are dirty. My shower curtain rod was almost came off from the wall
Hot water maker got stain inside

Room is big and lots of light thanks to nice windows! Location is good. Breakfast is fine.
However the safe in the room is broken. The TV has poor sound and picture quality. The bathroom wall is going to deteriorate, paint falling off - all these things should be repaired or replaced
