Alleenstaand verblijf

The front desk clerk was kind and helpful when I checked in. The morning clerk was nice. My experience was subpar or worse. I ordered food for dinner, it took 45 minutes, arrived cold and in a go box, I wanted to eat in the bar. The manager reluctantly gave me a refund for the food but wasn’t very helpful or pleasant about it. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn’t come back.

The hotel was functional, all the basics were there, not luxuriously glamourous, but I don't want that. It was all clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the self-service area was too small for such crowds of people, especially for wheelchair users who were having difficulty to manoeuvre in the narrow space. I arrived at 1.00am, late due to train holdups, and would have liked something to eat, but there were no snacks available. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again.
