Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders.

Generally a great location in Ealing, but this is a tatty low quality hotel. Scruffy rooms stains on carpets, and generally after the reception the bedrooms are not great.

Alleenstaand verblijf

A well maintained and comfortable hotel with most helpful staff. The room was well appointed and the breakfast offer- especially the "Continental" - was excellent. Very convenient for local shops etc in Ealing Broadway and transport links both to the West End and Heathrow. I would stay there again.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. We were fasting during February and they kindly brought us fruits/sandwiches before sunrise for us to eat before we started our fast.

I stay here 1-2 times each year. My first stay was in 2022. It is still a great place, clean but the interiors need a refresh. The staff are amazing across the board. The manager, the front desk, the dinning room and the cleaners. Everybody is engaged and exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff are the real reason I will keep coming back. The location is excellent. You are close to central London without staying in central London. Excellent value for money. If you are tourist, Ealing may end up being your most genuine London experience.
