5/5 stars — Had an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made the trip even better. Great location, excellent service, and everything exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Such a lovely hotel. Amazing staff, all so welcoming and helpful. The 1st room we were in had a poor AC that didn’t work at all however we spent the 1st night there as our toddler had fallen asleep after complaining of the heat. We were luckily transferred to a better room the next morning which was great. Big and clean bathroom with all the right amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel – the location, service, and overall atmosphere were excellent. However, I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the gym was closed for renovation during my visit. For me, having access to a fitness facility was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was a big disappointment. I understand renovations are necessary, but it would have been helpful to inform guests in advance or offer an alternative solution. Everything else was wonderful, and I would consider returning once the gym is available again.

We didn’t want to leave! The rooms are spacious, clean and were larger than expected. So modern and updated. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety but it was still enjoyed. The staff were really lovely and made our stay memorable!
