Lovely property slap bang in the centre of city - all details handled exceptionally and would see this as an ideal location for a city break ….. our one night giant do it justice ! Will return

There were shops, restaurants, public houses, transport all on the door step. Transport runs through the night but we were not disturbed at all by any noise. Lovely appartment, very clean, lovely team of staff at the office when we dropped off the case, so that we could sight see the day we arrived, friendly city, lovely ambience, don't just think about going the Edinburgh, do it, you'll love it

Lovely stay. Great view. Apartment was clean and tidy. Fully kitted out kitchen. Very spacious. The only 2 things was the mattress could do with replacing on bed. It slopes inwards when slept in and could do with blackout curtains as it’s very light when curtains are drawn. Would still stay again.

The apartment was lovely, didn't receive the check in instructions as a deposit payment hadnt gone through after changing cards. Only discovered this after I found an email in my junk mail. Staff were very helpful though once I contacted the office and let us store our bags until check in time. The apartment was lovely, location great. The only downside was it is across from a busy nightclub so the noise was pretty loud on the Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise a great stay.

The property was OK, gaining access to it was NOT. We were informed we should have received a communication detailing how to access the property three days prior to arrival - this did not happen. As a result, we were standing on a very busy street corner with a lot of background noise, trying to call the property (at international call rates) in order to gain entry. A most unpleasant experience after an overnight flight. We got in after about 15 minutes of phone calls and received the instruction email a few minutes AFTER we took occupancy vs the 3 day advance notice we were led to believe we should have had. NOT a good experience and a terrible way to start a vacation! The property itself/location etc was fine, parking was not required so no issues there, no issues re: safety that you wouldn't expect in another other major city.
