Verbleef met kinderen

It's a good place for foreigner, good room layout even with 3 ppl stay in a room. A very small public bath house, but not an onsen, but it does what it supposed to do. But the washing stations has water control facet which is very annoying to wash up after the bath. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if coming back.

Everything was great with this hotel including the amazing breakfast which had so many options! But the best thing was the location…close to all transportation and to the city center.

I had a great stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The location was excellent, situated between Susukino and Sapporo JR Station, making it easy to get around the city. Everything we wanted to see, do, and eat was within close proximity. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent and a great way to start each day before exploring Sapporo. What stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo again and will be coming back on my next visit to Sapporo.

Room was a little dated, had a slightly musky odour but otherwise appeared clean. Decent buffet style breakfast. Onsen was on the top floor with city views although not too visible with the fogging of the windows and on the smaller side. Convenient location within walking distance to the train station and shopping areas.

Dark and dirty, both common areas and the rooms, despite the price. I had been upgraded to a three bed room (was solo) without me asking and confirming and when i needed to extend my stay i had been asked for 5 times the price i originally paid. I upgraded myself to a cleaner and newer hotel with much better price, location and staff instead. Very low price/quality ratio, worst hotel i used across my trips to Japan

The room was clean and well organized but the shower tub area never felt completely dried and smelled musty. AC was centrally controlled and the first night was very unpleasant. They sent up a fan and that made it bearable. Overall, decent place to stay.

Great hotel centrally located - only a short walk from Sapporo Station. The rooftop bath was really welcome after a long journey to Japan. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - especially the soup curry bar. We had three people so paying for a slightly larger room and a higher floor was worth the small upcharge. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
