Security Deposit PolicyTo ensure a comfortable and secure stay for all our guests, we kindly require for a security deposit of 1,000,000 VND per room upon check-in.This deposit is fully refundable when you check out, provided that no damage or loss has occurred and all house rules have been followed. We will return the deposit in full after we inspect the room during your check-out process and refund by CASH. Non-Smoking PolicySmoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, balconies and spaces of CIBI Homes;A fee of 4.000.000 VND will be charged if this rule is violated.Property & Furniture CarePlease do not move furniture or appliances without permission.Any damage, loss, or breakage of property will be charged to the guest based on repair or replacement costs.All furniture, decorations, and amenities in the room belong to CIBI HOMES. Please kindly refer to our list of CIBI properties to Entrance Access HoursOur main entrance is open daily from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM. If you need to go out or come back outside of these hours, we have security until 7:00AMNoise & BehaviorPlease respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed unless approved in advance by management.Visitor PolicyFor security reasons, only registered guests may stay overnight.Visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM unless you have prior approval.Please note that if an unregistered person stays in the room illegally, the Vietnamese police have the right to inspect and intervene at any time. CIBI Homes will not be held responsible in such cases. Unregistered guest will cost 500.000/ person/ night Safety & SecurityAlways lock your door when you leave your room.Please store your valuables safely; CIBI HOMES is not responsible for any loss of unattended personal items.Check-in and Check-out timeStandard check-in: from 2:00 PM.Standard check-out: by 12:00 PM.Late check-out will charge half a day of the room price.
