The room tv and fridge are broken, no toilet paper. I booked the hotel because it is near a main bus station

It’s an older hotel very noisy outside but the price was good for my short stay . Staff was so helpful and kind

it was good, comfortable.

Just ok for stop over night in District 12 but nearby is totally limited to do or eat.

Arrived at 11pm to check in and reservation was not found. Finally got a room and no towels or toilet paper. There was no daily cleaning services. Also, to clarify, the free parking included on advertisement is for motorbikes, motorpeds, bikes only and not cars. Front staff is experienced and construction next door made it hard to rest. Everything echos in the hotel. Got bitten by mosquitoes and other bugs in the room while sleeping, so bring your own net if you do stay here. Sheets and pillows were cleaned. Staff only speaks Vietnamese. Caution, hotel also rents out rooms by the hour.
