Not enough natural ventilation in the room given there is no air conditioning.

Atmosphere was lovely. Room was comfy and decor was very nice. Staff was courteous

Friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms, tasty food and a great location

A nice room, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.

A very welcome stop while walking the South West Coast Path. Room wasn't ready until about 16.00 (advised 15.00) but the staff were so friendly and welcoming, getting me a drink and genuinely apologetic for the wait. It happens - probably a full check out from the Saturday night and it was no hardship to sit in the garden in the sun. Loved the room. Very well equipped, in keeping with the location, great hot shower, loads of teas/coffees etc and the bed was amazing. Took advantage of the £12.00 offer on roasts after 17.00. Yes, no doubt not as good as would have been at lunch time but £12?! Breakfast next morning was lovely. Small Continental buffet but perfectly adequate, great coffee and nice hot offerings. Would love to go back!

Such a lovely room, full of character and cosy touches. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a lovely dinner and breakfast. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very nice hotel with excellent service from the staff.

All good
