This is a grand old railroad hotel. It is right at Victoria Station so you cannot beat the location. Upkeep seemed good. The furniture in the room was a bit odd, black stained inexpensive pieces. There was no artwork in the room which was unusual. The staff went out of their way to help with things like catching a cab or setting up wifi.

Well located in excellent condition with a first rate staff! ...and reasonably priced .

Location, location, location. I love that the station is just right next door. So much easier to go anywhere as it is well connected.

Incredible old building kept to the highest standard, this was a special end to our Europe Trip this year and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Very well appointed room with great view and excellent bed and beddings. We slept very well after a couple days of long travel. Amazing location too for those wanting to check out the main sites around Buckingham Palace.

Very nice stay in London, close to several tourist spots, make sure you get a whippy ice cream at the park.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before and always had a good experience. This was the first time staying with my dad, who uses a mobility scooter, and it revealed a side of the hotel I hadn’t seen — it simply isn’t set up for accessibility. There was no ramp or lift access for the scooter, so we ended up having to carry it up the stairs ourselves every time. To be fair, the hotel staff did offer to help with this on several occasions, which we appreciated. However, on one of the days, the head of guest services snapped at me and said staff couldn’t help anymore — and he was rude about it rather than just explaining the situation calmly. It was disappointing to have that attitude come from someone in a leadership role, rather than a one-off frustration from a junior staff member.
