Verbleef met kinderen

Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay at Bali Gardens Beach Resort. Great location, very nice and helpful staff. Thought the departure lounge for checked out patrons was an excellent and very useful idea. Our only issue were not having very good hot water pressure at all in our room, which we didn't realise was possibly an exception until we used the showers in the departure lounge on our last day. Also we didn't have the ideal view from our balcony area which was on the ground floor and at the back of a front road restaurant exposed to road noise - but not everyone can have the nice garden or sea view and we were likely one of the more budget stayers and therefor less profitable and so.... you can't have it all. I would recommend Bali Gardens for anyone.

This hotel was very central and accessible. Room was exceptionally clean and staff were amazing. Enjoyed a day at the pool where we had great cocktails and food. The only small issue we had was when out on the balcony during the day the squirrels were very active and too friendly….possibly people should stop feeding them. Overall our experience was great.

Verbleef met kinderen

The gardens were excellent & clean, staff were amazing, check in & out were hassle free, the rooms were big and spacious. I couldn’t fault anyone or anything, we travelled with our children their husband and wife and also 6 grandchildren and they had a ball. I would recommend this hotel anytime and will definitely return.

Most disappointing was their breakfast room. The noise is terrible with no thought given on how to dampen the noise. Tried a few times then just gave up.

Group of 10 of us stayed (6 adults and 4 kids - 12 to 2 years) and had a great time. Pros - good location in central Kuta for things like Waterbom, access to other restaurants etc. Rooms are very good size (quite large actually). Staff are incredible. Spa is so cheap and fantastic. Gardens are beautiful and relaxing. Cons - hotel is a bit older and not as well maintained as other hotels. It’s clean but doesn’t necessarily feel clean because it’s so dated. Pool, although great, is just a pool with no extra things for kids (no slides etc).

Amazing stay as always, friendly staff, good facilities, great buffet breakfast! Good central location with great walkability of the town and surrounding attractions! Highly recommend staying with family and friends
