Dingen om te doen in Hokkaido

We set foot in Hokkaido for the first time in 2005, and this time we joined a 1-day local tour via Klook. We are grateful for the great weather today, the well-arranged itinerary highlights, and the relaxed pace. We plan to continue using Klook when we go to Okinawa next year. Also, our tour guide today, Jenny, was very attentive and a great communicator. Managing a group of 40 people today is not easy, but she handled it tactfully and effortlessly. Furthermore, Jenny has strong language skills, being able to explain clearly in both English and Mandarin (her native tongue) with a well-organized delivery that made it easy for us to understand clearly. My wife and I give both the itinerary and Jenny a 5-star rating today. Finally, thank you, Jenny, for leading today's tour. 🤝

As a solo traveler I had a great time on this tour - we caught a decent variety of attractions for what the nearby attractions have to offer. The best part was the guide, Alex; he pulled off a trilingual trifecta for the group with Mandarin, English and Japanese. He explained more about the places we were going to than any of the numerous bus tours I’ve been on. The next time I return to Sapporo/Hokkaido region with the family I’ll defiantly try this tour again, and hopefully I’ll get Alex as the same guide again.

We zijn zo dankbaar dat we gids Yagyu bij ons hadden! Ze ging tijdens de hele reis echt ver buiten haar boekje om. We merken echt hoeveel passie en enthousiasme ze heeft voor haar werk. Ze legde alles zo helder uit en deelde onderweg zoveel interessante details, tips en kleine aanbevelingen. Dat maakte de hele reis zoveel leuker en hielp ons de bezochte plekken veel beter te begrijpen en te waarderen. Wat echt opviel, was haar oprechte zorg voor iedereen in de groep. Ze was attent, toegankelijk en altijd bereid te helpen. Het voelde alsof we niet zomaar een reisschema volgden, maar werden verzorgd door iemand die echt wilde dat we een geweldige ervaring zouden hebben. Een groot dankjewel ook aan het reisbureau voor het klaarmaken van de attente kleine cadeautjes voor ons. Zo'n lief gebaar en een prachtige manier om de ervaring te afsluiten! Dank je wel, gids Yagyu, dat je onze reis zo onvergetelijk hebt gemaakt. We waarderen al je inspanningen, energie en passie ten zeerste. Sterk aanbevolen!

Decided to go with Klook for this full day tour to the Asahiyama zoo, patchwork road(Ken & Mary tree), Blue pond, waterfall and elves village.. was pretty fulfilling but its a bit rushed no doubt. But we get to experience the beauty of the blue pond and waterfall w/o worrying about the transport. Guide was pretty friendly and was our photographer for the group pics! Totally would recommend this to all 1st timers in Hokkaido!

kleine tournee-groep met minibus. De rit verliep soepel, het programma was geweldig en reisleider Baku was fantastisch. Baku gaf ons geweldige tips tijdens de reis (zoals wat te kopen bij het servicecentrum, waar te lunchen bij het station van Biei...). We hebben er enorm van genoten! Veel dank aan het team voor hun inzet!!!

Very well arrange, Jenny the tour guide contact us the day before and explain the itenerary also meeting point, very clear& helpful. Love all the places we visited, enjoy the view very much. Jenny also explained about all places that we visited. Especially love the Blue pond in Biei, Tomica park, Shikisai no oka, Shirahige falls.

All the spots we visited were gorgeous! Our tour guide, Xiao Weng, was also wonderful. He introduced the attractions, gave advice on what to buy and how to make the most of our time, and more. I was originally hesitating between this and another package that included Makkari Village to see Mount Yotei, but I didn't expect that I'd get to see Mount Yotei from the TOYA Observatory today anyway! It was stunning and gave me such a pleasant surprise 🫶🏻 Also, Cape Chikyu is truly worth visiting, though it seems less common in other tour packages. You can see from the videos how calm and gentle the color of the sea is 🫶🏻 Plus, there was actually a refrigerator on the bus! But I left my white pudding behind in the car 🤣 Good thing I was able to contact the staff immediately via WhatsApp. Their customer service was great and their response time was super fast. Highly recommended overall!

De plek bevindt zich nabij het station van Sapporo. Rondom het observatiedek zijn enorme gebouwen te zien. We gingen 's middags naar het dek en het was er niet druk. Vanaf dit observatiedek kunt u de stad Sapporo van bovenaf bekijken.
