wonderful experience with our guide Lucy who is patient, warm and hospitable. she shared many interesting facts about the various sites and Hokkaido in general. we enjoyed the trip more so with her as our guide. the itinerary is good and rather packed but it’s fine as we get to see more places.

Een goed ontworpen reisschema dat precies genoeg tijd biedt om van elke bestemming te genieten zonder dat het te gehaast aanvoelt. Onze geweldige gids James spreekt drie talen, waaronder Chinees en Engels. Hij is erg attent en behulpzaam. De lavendel is eind september al verdwenen, maar de andere bloemen staan nog steeds in bloei. 100% aanbevolen!

had a fantastic day trip with Lisa and her colleague! The day was much better than it looked online and i thoroughly enjoyed it! The flower farms and blue pond were gorgeous and at each stop, Lisa was extremely informative. I chose the non buffet and so i got to choose a meal from the restaurant which was great. They even had a curry labelled vegan. Lisa recommended to try the white corn and the melon and bith were delicious. i would definitely recommend

Op 25 augustus 2026 verzamelden we ons bij uitgang 31 van het station Datong Tong om deel te nemen aan de tour die om 11:10 uur vertrok. We ontmoetten de zeer elegante en goed opgeleide reisleidster Hanna en chauffeur meneer Kasai. De reisleidster gaf een professionele uitleg over de route en de service onderweg. Het voordeel van later vertrekken is dat je minder mensenmassa's en files op de terugweg tegenkomt, en je hoeft ook niet in de rij te staan voor het avondeten. Hoewel de reis een beetje lang was, was het de moeite waard voor het prachtige landschap. We bezochten de Blauwe Vijver, de Kruidentuin (winkelen - lavendelproducten), Shikisai no Oka, Tomita Farm, de Meloenboerderij en de verlichte Ningle Terrace Forest bij het Furano Prince Hotel (avondprogramma) --- terug om 21:00 uur.

Leo is geweldig! Hij is zeer deskundig en direct ter zake. Hij spreekt vloeiend drie talen en geeft in alle drie de talen aanwijzingen, zodat niemand achterblijft. Kunt u geloven dat we bij alle stops op tijd vertrokken? Telkens als we hem passeerden na het uitstappen, schakelde hij over op Engels om ons aan de instructies te herinneren, en schakelde dan weer over naar een andere taal wanneer een andere toerist hem passeerde. Hij is uitstekend! We kwamen ook eerder aan op onze bestemmingen dan alle anderen. Hij bood ook hulp en uitleg waar nodig. Zeer tevreden met deze tour! We bevelen Leo van harte aan!

The best part of this trip was having a very thoughtful and responsible tour guide, Xiao Hong. Her explanations were incredibly detailed and engaging, and she even provided them in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Before arriving at each attraction, she would send messages in advance with information like meeting points, meeting times, and zoo maps. She's a truly dedicated guide!

Amazing Hokkaido Day Trip with Lucy! We had a wonderful day exploring the beautiful sights of Hokkaido! Lucy was an excellent guide—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great experience. Our driver was also fantastic, providing a smooth and safe journey. We had a wonderful experience at Hokkaido Farm! 😊🌸 Our guide Chillin was extremely cheerful, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire trip. She always had a lovely smile and a very positive attitude, which made the tour even more enjoyable! 😄✨ She provided detailed information about each location we visited and explained everything very clearly. I booked a ski instructor for my two daughters. Before the lesson, they added me on WhatsApp to arrange the meeting, ask about the students' basic skiing ability, and send the ski instructor's contact information. We booked an English-speaking instructor for 6 hours, from 10 AM to 4 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). The instructor picked them up at the ski rental shop. My two daughters loved the instructor; she was very kind and took photos and videos throughout the lesson. We got so many videos of the kids skiing. We were very impressed!
