Sea was choppy and many got seasick to the first reef. The staff from Evolution were friendly and professional in their role and how they handle the seasick situation. Activities like snokelling and diving were conducted safely and professionally. Staff that were not involved in the sea activities but were on deck were also keeping a look out at the activities. Lunch "looks" delicious but were too seasick to enjoy. Thumbs up and highly recommended.

Geweldige ervaring! Goed georganiseerd voor meer dan 100 passagiers, van veiligheid, zitplaatsen, uitrusting tot lunch en afternoon tea. Geweldig voor onze eerste keer snorkelen, en het personeel was vriendelijk. Helaas werd de helikopter geannuleerd vanwege het weer, maar al het andere was goed. Hoewel we erg zeeziek werden (ondanks dat we pillen namen), was het het absoluut waard!

I went on a snorkeling tour. It included boat transportation to and from the island, snorkeling gear rental on the island, and access to showers and a swimming pool there. For lunch, I had Thai food that I bought at the night market the day before. The snorkeling was truly wonderful. The water was very shallow, with lots of coral, and I saw turtles, stingrays, sharks, giant clams, and lionfish. There were many other fish as well. It was a bit cold due to the strong wind and lower water temperature, but I was able to warm up again on the sandy beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Daintree Rainforest and Mossman Gorge with Ben. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited, and his explanations added so much depth to the experience. Ben was professional, well organised and genuinely friendly throughout the day, which made the tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. The scenery was absolutely magnificent, and Ben’s guidance helped us appreciate it even more. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide — highly recommended.

I came to Australia for a solo trip to go skydiving. The original date I booked a month in advance was canceled due to operational reasons, and I was asked to reschedule, which also extended my itinerary. However, I still believe it was absolutely worth it to go skydiving. The scenery was incredibly beautiful and truly breathtaking. Although my instructor was a foreigner, they explained everything thoroughly, making it the best experience of my life and an amazing trip. It was around 8:30 AM in late May, and my attire of a T-shirt under a hoodie with long pants was just right. While it was hot on the ground, it's very windy at altitude, so I recommend wearing long sleeves for the jump. Facilities: We met at the site, watched an instructional video, stored our belongings in lockers, and then met our instructors. We then drove to the jump site in a car, with about six people per group.

We hadden een geweldige ervaring met de Kuranda Scenic Railway! De reis was ontspannend en plezierig, en het was een fantastische manier om van de prachtige omgeving te genieten en een stukje van de geschiedenis van Queensland te ervaren. De treinrit zelf was erg charmant en maakte de reis naar Kuranda extra speciaal. Er waren wat bouwwerkzaamheden langs delen van de route die enkele van de mooie uitzichten beïnvloedden, maar over het algemeen hebben we nog steeds een heerlijke tijd gehad en erg genoten van de ervaring. Absoluut een memorabele activiteit en iets wat ik iedereen zou aanraden die de omgeving bezoekt.

Uitzicht op het Daintree regenwoud vanuit de lucht. We zijn overgestapt op de tweeweg kabelbaan, omdat de terugreis met de trein vrij laat was en we in Port Douglas verbleven. Er waren 3 stops en we konden de Baron Falls zien en rondlopen in Kuranda Village.

the sea turtle hospital is very educational and worthwhile to go
