Onze gids Eva en een andere gids (excuses, ik weet haar naam niet meer – ze is Japans-Duits), samen met de chauffeur, hebben gedurende de hele reis uitstekende service verleend. Hoewel het een drukke zondagse reisgroep was, bleven ze kalm en communiceerden ze alles duidelijk en gedetailleerd. De hele reis was zeer goed georganiseerd en de gidsen waren zowel deskundig als vriendelijk.

Onze chauffeur heette zoiets als Dragon en onze touroperator is een dame met prachtige blauwe ogen en grijs haar en een heldere stem. Ik ben haar naam helaas vergeten, maar ze is zo behulpzaam en professioneel, wat de hele reiservaring onberispelijk maakt. Ik hoop dat ze mijn gids weer kan zijn! Het is een waardevolle tour, ik wou dat ik meer tijd had. Als je van bezienswaardigheden en musea houdt, wil je misschien de lunch overslaan en in plaats daarvan rondtoeren.

De reistijd was voldoende, maar het is erg belangrijk om de verzameltijd en -plaats duidelijk te hebben en op tijd te zijn. Drie mensen van onze groep waren bij de terugreis niet op tijd bij de bus. De gids heeft nog naar ze gezocht, maar kon ze niet vinden, dus de bus vertrok op de afgesproken tijd.

I participated in a 7-day tour in Munich, with a different local day trip each day, and this particular tour left the best and deepest impression on me. Whether you're in Munich for a long or short time, you should consider this one-day tour. Remember to visit Linderhof Palace; it's incredibly beautiful and reflects the excellent taste of the king at the time. I personally believe it's more worthwhile than other palaces, so if some Neuschwanstein Castle day tours don't include this palace, it's a missed opportunity. You absolutely must choose this tour. Besides thoroughly visiting both Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles, this tour also includes a visit to a lake, which I believe is called Alpine Lake, offering everything you could want. Linderhof Palace is also an indispensable part of the itinerary. Many tours only drive past the Painted Village (Oberammergau) on the tour bus, but this itinerary thoughtfully includes a short stop there, which I found sufficient. You can take photos, buy drinks, and purchase souvenirs in the Painted Village. Booking through Klook was very convenient. Also, because this tour is very popular, there's a high chance it departs daily. Our group on that day had about 50 people. On a side note, I saw a review on Klook about a male tour leader with braids whose reviews weren't great, which is quite a shame. Although he might come across as a bit arrogant, he actually has deep knowledge and extensive experience. I could tell he managed the time very well, though he was a bit stressed about time control. But you'll understand why after you complete this tour: excellent time management is crucial; otherwise, you won't be able to enter the palaces on time, and it would be difficult to squeeze in a short visit to the Painted Village. Everyone needs to understand this, which is why he was so focused on time control. Unfortunately, he told us it was his last day working, and I was lucky enough to have him lead our tour. He instructed us on how to navigate the Neuschwanstein Castle itinerary, how to save time by taking the shuttle bus here and there, which saved us some time and leg power. Before coming here, I had watched YouTube videos, and the routes they suggested for walking were very long and time-consuming. So, having this guide teach us how to complete the entire route within a certain timeframe was invaluable. He would walk around the bus, explaining and answering questions for each group individually. Although not overly detailed, it's challenging to explain things thoroughly on a moving bus, yet he still managed to answer questions for each group. Booking through Klook is very convenient, so I highly, highly recommend choosing this Neuschwanstein Castle & Linderhof Palace day tour and the Königssee & Magic Forest day tour through Klook. These two tours are a must-do. Strong recommendation. Additionally, I'd like to express that Klook only allows six photos to be uploaded for reviews, which doesn't allow us to provide detailed visuals for future interested travelers. I hope Klook can relax this limit and allow us to upload at least 20 photos in reviews so that the next participants can get a clearer understanding.

This 11-hour tour is worth the money. The guide does her job well, and travellers can buy drinks from the driver at a much lower price compared to stores in the tourist areas.
