Rooms near the parking lot are noisy, with clear conversations heard to the point of having to get up and check if the balcony door is closed properly. Even with the door fully closed, the noise can still be heard.

facilities are well kept in order. beautiful place. the rooms just need hotel service phone lines for easier contact. but will definitely go back again!

Great location, convenient, room is clean and accomodations are sufficient for me.

Very impressed, I will definitely come back to stay again. ✅ Rooms: Clean, spacious, soft and comfortable beds, complete amenities. ✅ Staff: Cheerful, excellent service, warm welcome, very helpful. ✅ Location: Convenient for travel, close to tourist attractions/food, easily walkable. ✅ Other: Clean and safe, ample parking, strong Wi-Fi.

The staff and people were great. The place outside is aesthetically good. The only problem is that the Television has no other apps such as Netflix, YouTube or other media that we can choose. But we love our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Richmond. Staff are accomodating and very welcoming and helpful.
