We joined the Rotorua tour with CheekyKiwi Tours and had Jeoff as our driver/guide. He was professional, friendly, and made the journey enjoyable with his humor and stories. Wai-O-Tapu’s geothermal wonders were breathtaking, the Polynesian Spa was the perfect place to relax, and the Rotorua city tour gave great local flavor. Ik vond de Hobbiton Movie Set Tour helemaal geweldig — het voelde echt alsof ik Midden-aarde binnenstapte! Het landschap was adembenemend, de gidsen waren deskundig en onderhoudend, en elk klein detail van de set was prachtig bewaard gebleven. De verhalen achter de filmlocaties maakten het nog specialer. De busrit vanaf The Shire's Rest was soepel en goed georganiseerd, en het gratis drankje in The Green Dragon Inn was zo'n perfecte afsluiting van de tour. Sterk aanbevolen voor zowel fans van The Lord of the Rings en The Hobbit, als voor iedereen die van natuur en verhalen vertellen houdt. Zeker de moeite waard — een must-do in Nieuw-Zeeland! 💚

Claiming the booking is very easy. The guide was funny and very nice. We took the trip in late fall so it was very cold because of the wind when the duck is moving. The lakes are majestic.

I can't recommend this tour enough! The small group of six was a dream – it felt like a private tour. Matt, our guide, was incredibly attentive and friendly. He made everything effortless, from clear instructions to personalized drop-offs. I especially appreciated how he shared interesting tidbits about the local areas while driving, it made the journey so much more engaging. The Whakarewarewa Village cultural show was captivating; I was truly moved by the performances. And the Polynesian Spa? It was the perfect ending to the day, so incredibly relaxing. Matt's genuine care and the unique experiences made this tour unforgettable.

De gids was erg aardig, humoristisch en deed zijn best om alles voor je te regelen, gecombineerd met het goede weer en de prachtige landschappen van Rotorua, alles was perfect geregeld.

參觀的當天雖然是大晴天， 但是氣溫並不高， 走在地熱谷中， 覺得這樣的溫度很舒服， 園區裡有提供豐盛的Buffet(一餐一千多台幣，我們沒吃)， 食物大多利用地熱去蒸熟， 讓遊客可以嘗嘗地熱煮出來的食物是什麼味道。
