Contante borg vooraf, dus wees daarop voorbereid.

Zeer fijne plek om te verblijven. Een aanrader. Heeft een goede klantenservice.

We hebben een Phuket-kater, voornamelijk door Burasari. 😭 Ze hebben het beste personeel ter wereld! We gaan zeker terug. Boek de Elite Kamer met Zwembadtoegang. Het is het allemaal waard! ♥️

The staff are very helpful. They have 2 Filipino staff in the concierge who made the experience so so good. They also prepared a cake for me eventhough it is a day after my actual birthday

Good service and guest management, close to bangla street and has direct bus service to the airport.

This time, I booked a two-day, one-night stay with two meals, and the hotel even upgraded our room. We chose the buffet and the Italian restaurant. The buffet was quite average, but the Italian restaurant was outstanding. The location is also excellent, right by the sea with a fantastic ambiance. I will definitely come again.

1. Zeer goede locatie. 2. Vriendelijk personeel. 3. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. 4.

The hotel is very new and beautifully designed, and the room was excellent and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. One of the highlights is the free shuttle service to Patong Beach and Jungceylon, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also located about a 10-minute walk from nearby shops, making it easy to access daily necessities. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.
