Dingen om te doen in Circular Quay

Great trip with even greater views. totally worth for 30 bucks. (you cant get these views and guide in public transport altough that is amazing aswell)

Taronga Zoo is een bezoek waard. We hebben veel dieren gezien. Het hoogtepunt was de veerboot ernaartoe. Pas wel op voor de vuilniskippen als je buiten eet.

So lucky that the whale was so close to the boat and they were quite active during the morning that have seen them several times during the trip. One small tip is that the ferry is aboard close to the aquarium. We almost missed the ferry as it just said the meeting point is Darling harbour and we went to the other side of the harbour. Allow some time as the crew will have a talk on the safety matters before getting on the boat.

Had een fijne ervaring met het verkennen van Sydney met Captain Cook Cruises. De reis begon vanuit Darling Harbour - Circular Quay - Taronga Zoo - Shark Island - Watsons Bay - Manly Beach.

Het was een geweldige ervaring voor mij om zo'n verscheidenheid aan dieren van dichtbij te zien die er goed verzorgd uitzagen. De reis van en naar de dierentuin met de veerboot was een fluitje van een cent en de toegang tot de dierentuin was even probleemloos. Een absolute aanrader, zelfs als je alleen bent en gewoon op zoek bent naar een ontspannen plek om te verkennen in Sydney.

Our tour was very informative, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff and driver were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the history of Sydney. The office staff were also incredibly helpful when I called to ask for directions, making everything easy and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful time on the tour. Despite the very cold winter night, it was a memorable experience and one we would highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best guide and driver I’ve ever met! Leonard kept us entertained all day. The weather was great and we even saw the Three Sisters (though they were just a bit shy). From the start, he stopped in Lawson for breakfast and recommended Cortado - best coffee we’ve ever had! I’ve hiked in the Blue Mountains before, but doing this more relaxing trip was a different experience I’m grateful for. We had a lovely walk to Olympian Rock lookout, then did the 3 Scenic World rides, including the world's steepest railway! For lunch, we ate at Ballimino’s, where everything was delicious! Afterward, we went to Sydney Zoo and finished with a ferry from Parramatta back to Circular Quay. Leonard gave incredible history lessons. His custom Aussie music playlist was a huge highlight, introduced just like a radio DJ! He's very knowledgeable about botany. We had an insightful chat while he waited with us at the ferry drop-off. He’s defo someone you want to have coffee with. All the best, Leonard!

Food was average but the crew made up for it. The explanation provided by the commentator was great and kudos to the crew that we saw dolphins and many sightings of humpback whales. Thanks! ☺️

Our tour guide, Adrian, did an exceptional job throughout the expedition. He made sure our group stayed together, explained the sights in great detail, and shared interesting information along the way. His great sense of humour and approachable personality made the experience even more enjoyable. Adrian truly helped make our tour an unforgettable one, and we would highly recommend him!
