This trip was so wonderful! Andy and Chris were very helpful throughout the entire tour. They took great care of us, made sure everything went smoothly and safely, and even helped us take lots of photos. Everything was well organized and always on time. Since it was a day tour, they handled everything from hotel pickup the evening before, and even provided water and simple snacks like candy, which made the tour very comfortable. There were Korean staff members, as well as guides who spoke English and Japanese, so it would be great for people from various countries to book this tour! Highly recommend!👍🏻

Ik had een gids die zowel Chinees als Engels sprak. Omdat de andere 11 mensen in de groep Engels spraken, vroeg ik hem om de rondleiding direct in het Engels te geven. Het Engels was niet moeilijk te verstaan; een gemiddeld niveau was voldoende. Op sommige punten bevestigde de gids echter speciaal in het Chinees met mij. De bezienswaardigheden, de route en de historische achtergrond werden allemaal heel duidelijk uitgelegd. Omdat mijn vlucht die avond vertrok, zou ik deze halve dagtrip aanbevelen aan mensen die die dag 's avonds andere activiteiten hebben in Las Vegas.

Ordering was intuitive and convenient. The original Chinese tour I booked was canceled due to insufficient participants, but the travel agency notified me in advance and responded promptly when I reconfirmed, which put my mind at ease and gave me time to make alternative arrangements. Later, I booked the same itinerary, just switching from a Chinese-speaking group to an English-speaking one. This travel agency (MAX TOUR) is very well-organized; they sent out detailed pickup and meeting point information the day before the activity. They were punctual, polite, and well-prepared with supplies. Chad, our guide and driver, took meticulous care of every group member, drove smoothly and safely, and provided professional and humorous commentary about the sights along the way (even though my English isn't great, the relaxed atmosphere in the car and frequent laughter gave me a good sense of it). Time management was excellent; he also made sure to schedule stops for everyone to stretch, rest, and use the restroom. After the activity, he dropped off group members at their hotels one by one. The entire trip was very comfortable.

The MaxTour trip was systematic and the tour guide Ms Robyn is one of the best, she’s nice, knowledgeable and most of all drives smoothly.

Onze gids (meneer Lee) was zeer behulpzaam en beleefd. Zijn rijstijl was ook soepel. Hij was ook zeer informatief. Bedankt voor zijn tips (hoe je kortingen krijgt, plaatsen om naartoe te gaan en waar je kunt eten).

Een attractie die je moet proberen! Het 360 graden uitzicht over Las Vegas is het zeker waard om te zien. Je krijgt genoeg tijd om de schoonheid van de stad te bewonderen. Je moet alleen snel en voorzichtig zijn bij het in- en uitstappen. Het personeel is behulpzaam en beleefd.
